Coffee Time!

I recently found out that I have ADHD. I thought I was a real coffee addict, but the need for this drink was driven by my neurodiverse brain. Coffee (caffeine) often works differently for ADHD: instead of restlessness, it can promote focus and calm by increasing dopamine.

But be cautious, many people with ADHD experience heightened alertness, but others become sleepy or restless instead.
